Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing our courses. Here's how our refund policy works.

Eligibility

• Refunds are available for paid courses purchased directly through the platform.
• The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Free courses and courses purchased using a 100% discount coupon code are not eligible for monetary refunds (no payment was collected).
• Bundled purchases are eligible for refund on a pro-rata basis or as a complete bundle, at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support (use the Contact page) or submit a request through the contact form.
2. Include your order email address and the course name(s) you wish to refund.
3. Briefly tell us why you're requesting a refund (this helps us improve).

We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

What Happens After a Refund

• Your access to the refunded course(s) will be revoked.
• Any certificates earned from the refunded course will be invalidated and removed from your account.
• Progress data for that course will be retained for a short period in case you re-enroll later, but you will need to start the course over.

Exceptions & Limitations

• Refunds requested after the 30-day window will generally not be approved.
• Abuse of the refund policy (for example, completing most of a course and then requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests) may result in denial of future refunds.
• Courses that include significant downloadable assets or templates may have additional restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our Terms of Service.
