Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AI University (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI University. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Course Access and License
Upon enrollment (free or paid), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access content through your account.
- You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials without our prior written permission.
- Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required lessons and quizzes.
- Lifetime access is provided for purchased courses, subject to these Terms and the continued operation of the Platform.
4. Payments and Purchases
All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
- Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal).
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content at scale.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including course materials, videos, text, images, and software — is owned by AI University or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any original work you create as part of your learning (for example, prompts, projects, or documents you build while taking courses). By completing courses, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized examples for marketing and improvement purposes unless you opt out by contacting us.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That you will achieve any specific income or business results.
- That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The accuracy or completeness of any course content.
Educational outcomes depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI University and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access paid content will end (subject to any refund rights you may have).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
